New to Grow
Hi, I’m Natasha, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker dedicated to helping adolescents, adults, older adults, individuals, and couples navigate life’s challenges with greater clarity and confidence. I provide a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where clients can explore anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship concerns, grief, and life transitions. My approach is collaborative, practical, and tailored to each client’s unique needs, helping them build insight, strengthen coping skills, and create meaningful change.
During our first session, you can expect a relaxed and supportive conversation focused on getting to know you and understanding what brings you to therapy. We will discuss your current concerns, personal history, relationships, strengths, and what you hope to gain from counseling. My goal is to create a safe, comfortable space where you feel heard, respected, and supported as we begin building a treatment plan that fits your needs.
One of my greatest strengths is creating a warm, genuine, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel safe enough to be honest, vulnerable, and understood. My approach combines evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, and Emotionally Focused Therapy with a trauma-informed and attachment-focused lens. Clients often tell me they appreciate my ability to balance empathy with practical tools, helping them gain insight, strengthen relationships, and create meaningful, lasting change.
I am best positioned to work with adolescents, adults, older adults, individuals, and couples from diverse backgrounds, including men, women, and transgender clients. I often support clients navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, relationship concerns, life transitions, stress, self-esteem challenges, and difficulties with emotional regulation. Many of the clients I work well with are seeking greater self-awareness, healthier relationships, improved coping skills, and meaningful, lasting change.

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help clients understand how their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors influence one another. In practice, I work collaboratively with clients to identify unhelpful thinking patterns, build healthier coping strategies, and create meaningful behavioral change. I commonly use CBT when supporting clients with anxiety, depression, stress, trauma-related concerns, and life transitions.
Solution Focused Brief Treatment
I use Solution-Focused Brief Therapy to help clients identify their strengths, build on what is already working, and develop practical solutions to current challenges. In my practice, I use this approach to help clients set clear goals, increase hope, and create meaningful change by focusing on progress rather than staying stuck in the problem. I often integrate Solution-Focused Brief Therapy when working with clients navigating stress, relationship concerns, life transitions, and adjustment difficulties.
Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT)
I use Emotionally Focused Therapy to help individuals and couples better understand their emotions, attachment needs, and relationship patterns. In my practice, I guide clients in identifying underlying emotions, improving emotional expression, and creating more secure, connected relationships. I often use this approach when working with relationship distress, communication challenges, attachment wounds, and difficulties with emotional connection.
Interpersonal
I use Interpersonal Therapy to help clients explore how relationships, communication patterns, grief, life transitions, and interpersonal stressors impact their emotional well-being. In my practice, I support clients in improving communication, setting healthier boundaries, and strengthening relationships while addressing symptoms of anxiety, depression, and adjustment-related concerns.
