Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

Your first session will consist of discussing what is bringing you to therapy and how those problems have impacted your life. Secondly, we work discuss your therapy goals and how we will go about achieving those goals. Lastly, I will talk to you about the approaches I use and we will come to a decision if we are a good match for each other.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

I help clients build greater psychological flexibility so they can respond to life’s challenges with more clarity, compassion, and confidence. My work focuses on helping people move through difficult thoughts and emotions without getting stuck, while reconnecting with what matters most to them. I use an approach that supports growth, healing, and practical change, with care tailored to each person’s needs. Whether you are feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, struggling with intrusive thoughts, or trying to make sense of a difficult season in life, I aim to provide a supportive space where you can feel understood and make meaningful progress.
