While working together, we will find the resources that best fit your personal growth. During sessions I offer prayer, reference Bible verses, and use Christian materials to aid in the growth and healing process. I look forward to connecting and helping you grow!

First session

In our first session together, we will start with introductory information, and begin to address the specific challenges being faced. We will review the primary goals for therapy and hope-for outcomes, as well as creating a plan for consecutive sessions.

Strengths

Having worked with a wide range of ages and concerns, I have had great success helping identify underlying causes of challenges being faced, as well as creating plans for resolution and growth in desired areas.

I work with high-performing, self-aware individuals who appear successful on the outside but struggle to stay calm and present under emotional pressure, often shutting down, overreacting, or becoming defensive in difficult conversations, and who are ready to take ownership of their patterns, regulate their responses in real time, and communicate clearly and effectively without blame, avoidance, or self-protection.
