I’m a therapist who believes healing begins when you feel truly seen, heard, and supported. I work with adults and couples who are coping with medical conditions, health-related stress, or major changes in their lives. My approach is warm, collaborative, and centered on helping you gain clarity, build confidence, and move through challenges with more ease. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure of what they need. Together, we slow things down, explore what’s getting in the way, and create new ways of understanding and caring for yourself. In our first session together, here's what you can expect
Our first session is a chance for us to get to know each other. There’s no expectation to have everything figured out. We’ll talk about what’s been going on for you, what you hope to work toward, and any questions you may have about the therapy process. My intention is to help you feel comfortable, informed, and confident that you’re in a space where your voice truly matters.

I use mindfulness-based approaches to support clients adjusting to medical diagnoses, or health anxiety. Mindfulness helps reduce stress and physical tension while improving emotional coping.
