I have over 5 years working in outpatient and inpatient medical settings.I have experienced working with adults, older adults dealing with depression, anxiety, substance use, life changes and other challenges.
First session
During the first session, we will start with brief introductions, and I will ask about what brings you into therapy and your goals/expectations for therapy. At that point, we can begin to create a plan to reach your goals in the following sessions.
