The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions
Not only have I been in practice for over thirty years, but in those years I have experienced many of life's transitions myself. I can help individuals manage transitions such as the transition into adulthood, becoming a new parent, managing the stressors of adoption and raising children with special needs. I can help you to navigate the process of entering into middle age and your elder years and all the other challenges that life throws your way.

I can work with adult clients at any stage of life. I have experience with young people just getting started and figuring out who they are, parents with young children looking to navigate the huge changes in their lives, adults in midlife navigating an empty nest and adult children as well as elders managing end of life struggles and what their life has meant.
