Searching for answers to help her cope with her distress, I was inspired and motivated to become a Marriage and Family Therapist. I have 9 years of mental health experience working with clients from different socioeconomic and cultural backgrounds. My clients have ranged from children, adults, seniors, couples, and families.

I take a client centered approach using treatment modalities including EMDR, motivational interviewing, mindfulness, and cognitive behavioral therapy.

I'm a bilingual and bicultural therapist that is passionate about helping others who have experienced trauma, grief, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and adjustments to life stages.
