Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

Your first session is an opportunity to start building the foundation for healing. You can expect introductions, discussions about your reasons for seeking therapy, and goal setting. You will also be able to ask any questions you may have and discuss your expectations from the therapeutic relationship.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

I have extensive experience working with adults, children and families in hospitals, clinics and private practice settings. The goal of my work is to remove the stigma associated with seeking mental health treatment and to provide a supportive environment to help you remove barriers so that you can live your fullest, best life

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I have extensive experience working with children and adolescents who were diagnosed with serious mental illness. I have also worked with adults in community mental health clinics and private practice. My ideal client at this juncture is a woman who is trying to navigate a life transition. That transition can be a divorce, career change, retirement, or parenting. I also work well with women who are navigating the aging process.
