My approach blends CBT, DBT, and Person-Centered counseling with a conversational, down to Earth style. Whether you're struggling with identity, looking for coping skills, managing a conflict, or anything in between, I can help turn overwhelming emotions into manageable steps. Life can feel incredibly heavy when you’re carrying it all on your own. Taking the first step is often the hardest part of the journey. Whether you are working through a difficult situation, feeling stuck at an impasse, or simply need a safe space to be heard, just know you don't have to do it alone!

I have a calm, relaxing space where we can be real with each other. You will feel welcomed immediately, with my down to Earth nature. We will work together at your own individual pace. No two clients are the same, therefor we will create an individualized path to wellness together.

Sometimes we get used to doing the same thing over and over again, and even though it's not working, it still feels comfortable.
