My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

Each psychological modality has its strengths, and different individuals respond uniquely to various therapeutic approaches. That said, I choose Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) because of its structured, practical, and evidence-based nature. CBT is highly effective in helping patients identify and challenge negative thought patterns, develop healthier coping strategies, and take actionable steps toward change. It empowers individuals by providing them with tools to actively reshape their thinking and behaviors, making it especially beneficial for conditions like anxiety, depression, and stress-related disorders. Unlike some approaches that delve deeply into the past, CBT focuses on the present and future, helping patients create tangible improvements in their daily lives.
