(she/her)
I specialize in relational trauma, including domestic violence and childhood trauma, as well as anxiety and depression. I work with individuals navigating life transitions, helping them break unhealthy patterns, build resilience, and move forward with clarity and confidence. My approach is warm, collaborative, and direct. I integrate trauma-informed care with evidence-based practices like CBT and EMDR. I meet clients where they are while gently challenging patterns that no longer serve them, helping them build insight and practical coping skills.I am supportive, honest, and straightforward. I create a nonjudgmental space where clients feel safe to share openly, while also offering clear feedback and guidance. I balance empathy with gentle challenge to help clients move forward. I help clients identify patterns, process past experiences, and develop practical strategies for change. Together, we set clear, realistic goals and track progress. My focus is on helping clients build confidence, improve relationships, and feel more in control of their lives.
In our first session, we focus on what brought you to therapy and what you’d like life to look like in the future. We begin setting initial goals and discuss what you need from me as your therapist, so we can build a strong and collaborative working relationship. I will also answer any questions or concerns you might have. During our first session, you may share as much as you feel comfortable with as building trust and rapport may take some time.
After a long career in the corporate world, I transitioned into social work, bringing both professional and life experience to my practice. My background enables me to understand complex life challenges and support clients with both empathy and practical insight.

Trauma Informed Care
I use trauma-informed care to create a safe, supportive space where we can understand how past experiences shape your present and begin meaningful change.
Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
I use CBT to help clients identify and change unhelpful thought patterns and behaviors that contribute to anxiety, depression, and stress.
EMDR
I use EMDR to help clients process and heal from distressing experiences so they no longer feel stuck or triggered in the present.
Prolonged Exposure Therapy
I use Prolonged Exposure to help clients gradually face and reduce fear related to traumatic memories, so those experiences have less control over their daily lives.
Attachment-based
I use attachment-based therapy to understand how your early relationships influence how you connect with others today, so you can create healthier, more secure relationships.
