He was very to the point, blunt, and honest with what was happening at the moment. He was able to get those uncomfortable conversations going to really dig in to the real problems.

Was very objective and emotionally detached from the problem which was good, however he did not seem interested in helping me towards my goal. Seemed to let his own cynicism leak into the conversation. Did not make a good first impression at all
