HI, I am Pat Moriarty. I have been in practice from many years and enjoy helping clients grow and make the changes in their lives they desire. I have extensive experience working with people who have depression, anxiety, grief, and health care issues, as well as life transitions. I help people understand what and why they are experiencing certain feelings and help alleviate discomfort.

I truly love seeing people grow and understand how they can take care of themselves in the present and the future. I see therapy as a place where people can share and learn about themselves and make positive change.

I have used Cognitive Therapy for my entire career. It is helpful for clients to understand why they are feeling certain ways. It is also a form of therapy that you can build on in the future.

I felt comfortable from the start. To me that is the most important aspect. You can’t be honest in a situation without some type of comfort.
