In our first session together, here's what you can expect
During the first session I ask questions about lifestyle and mood experiences as an assessment to best understand the client's needs and desires. Together through rapport we build trust to move forward in establishing treatment goals.
The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions
I am very deliberate in asserting the individual's rights to change and seek a more satisfying existence. I do not endorse the idea that people are predestined to suffer or that there are 'lost causes.' I believe there is always something more that an individual can do to improve their existence.
The clients I'm best positioned to serve
I am available to assist in personal growth goals and managing stressors. If a client has a diagnosis that requires medication I monitor the compliance with taking the medication and keep an eye out for side effects that may need further evaluation and intervention. I practice a wholistic approach taking into consideration sleep patterns, diet, and physical exercise to maintain optimum health.

Its still early... but She listened to me without interruption and found appropriate times to insert her questions that she needed to complete. I wasn't made to feel like paperwork even though she needed to obtain it for the first visit. In this she showed patience and care for me.
