Hi! I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). I received my Masters from the University of Southern California and have been practicing for over 10 years. I help adults struggling with stress and mental health issues become the best versions of themselves. I am passionate about meeting people where they are at and helping them feel better and reach their goals.
In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, then dive into the specific challenges you're facing. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions.
I have over 10 years experience working as a therapist with clients from a variety of backgrounds and ages. I strive to be a safe space where clients can be comfortable being themselves without worrying about being judged. I enjoy giving people practical tools they can use right away to help ease their suffering and reach their goals.
I love working with adults seeking to enhance coping skills and learn to manage negative thinking that disrupts their mood and daily life.

She offered to refer me to someone who specializes in my type of issues.

Constantly made assumptions that I kept trying to control other people's emotions and said that you can't control other people's emotions twice. When not once did I ever mention I wanted to do so. I was attempting to explain how difficult it is for me to communicate with people and she kept making faces that were very unprofessional. Her inability to listen is only matched by her inability to be meta aware and notice her own behavior live in the moment.

My previous therapist exhibited a lack of attentiveness, even during the initial sessions. It appeared as though she showed little genuine concern for my statements, which ultimately led me to question my own thoughts and perceptions by the session's end. Considering she has no available appointments for me and I must begin anew with another provider, I find this experience to be an inefficient use of time, especially after waiting extensively to find a suitable professional.
