In our first session together, here's what you can expect

In our first session, we will complete a history interview that will allow me to better understand you as an individual in relation to other important factors in your life.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

With eight years of experience in community mental health, specializing in working with children and adolescents, Dr. Tate has completed additional training at Aspire Inpatient Hospital for acute crises, The Adolescent Center for therapy and assessment services, and Family Forward, which specializes in assessing and treating acute developmental trauma using the Neurosequential Model of Therapeutics.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

Dr. Tate’s areas of specialization include affirming autism assessment, emotional and behavioral assessment (ADHD, mood disorders, anxiety, and behavioral problems), and behavioral intervention. Her goal is to empower positive change and growth in her clients. Dr. Tate is dedicated to fostering a therapeutic alliance that cultivates resilience, promotes healing, and nurtures lasting transformation.
