I help individuals to identify unhealthy patterns, coping mechanisms, and negative cycles of behavior. Our sessions will consist of focusing on identifying areas of change and building solutions to help your best self shine through. In our work together I will provide client- centered care to help you rebuild confidence as well as empowering you to make life choices that will sustain your progress. In our first session together, here's what you can expect
We will work together to identify areas in your life that are hindering you from being your best self. During our work together we will discuss and build an array of strategies, coping skills, and lifestyle changes to address current challenges. I carefully select individualized interventions that create growth, fresh perspectives, and a plan for achieving your goals.
The treatment methods and tools I utilize
I provide a range of clinical therapy treatments for young adults and adults which include Cognitive Behavioral therapy, Client Centered approaches, Narrative Therapy, Christian counseling, and Solution-Focused approaches. Counseling is a partnership and together we will work towards a plan that allows the best you to shine through.
The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions
I specialize in helping clients to identify negative patterns that result in feelings of being stuck. I assist in working through these patterns which may include chronic cycles of toxic relationships, unhealthy behaviors and a general lack of progress. In our work together, you will reflect on and begin to lay the foundation for building a new future.
