Hi! I'm Tiffany. I believe therapy works best when you feel emotionally safe, understood, and not rushed to "fix" yourself. Many of the clients I work with are adults who have spent much of their lives managing other people's emotions and now feel anxious, overwhelmed, or disconnected from themselves. My approach is warm, relational, and grounded in attachment-based work. I help clients slow down, understand their patterns without shame, and begin trusting their own needs and instincts. Therapy with me is collaborative and paced to you, with the goal of helping you feel more grounded, confident, and emotionally steady in your relationships and daily life.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

In our first session, we'll focus on getting to know each other and what brought you to therapy, at a pace that feels comfortable for you. There's no expectation to have everything figured out or to share more than you're ready to. I'll ask questions to understand what's been weighing on you and what you're hoping might change. Many clients leave the first session feeling heard, understood, and hopefully a little more grounded knowing they don't have to carry things alone anymore.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

One of my greatest strengths is helping clients feel safe enough to be honest, especially those who tend to overthink, over give, or worry about being "too much". I work closely with attachment patterns and boundary struggles, helping client understand why relationships can feel so exhausting or confusing without turning that insight into self blame. My style blends warmth, insight, and gently curiousity. I help clients notice long standing patterns, learn how their nervous system responses to relationships, and begin making changes that feel sustainable rather than forced. Many clients appreciate that therapy feels supportive, thoughtful, and human.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I work best with adults, especially women, who are thoughtful, self aware (or becoming so), and exhausted from repeating the same patterns in relationships, self-esteem, and emotional reactions. Many of my clients grew up feeling responsible for other people's emotions and now struggle with anxiety, overthinking, people-pleasing, or guilt when they try to set boundaries. You may find yourself prioritizing other's needs, avoiding conflict, or questioning your own feelings even when something doesn't sit right. Together, we slow things down to understand where these patterns came from and how your nervous system responds to relationships. Therapy focuses on building boundaries that feel clear and sustainable, strengthening self trust, and helping you respond to yourself and others with more confidence and compassion, without losing connection or becoming someone you are not.

My treatment methods

Attachment-based

I use an attachment-based approach to help clients understand how how early relationships shape their current patterns in love, work, and self-worth. Together we explore how attachment wounds impact emotions and behaviors, while building safety, self-compassion, and healthier ways of connecting with ourselves and others.

Person-centered (Rogerian)

My work is grounded in Rogerian, person-centered therapy, where clients are met with empathy, authenticity, and unconditional positive regard. I believe healing happens when people feel deeply. heard and accepted without judgement. Therapy is a collaborative space where clients are trusted as the experts of their own experience.
