Hi, I’m Loc. If life feels heavy right now—stress, anxiety, low mood, relationship strain, or burnout—you don’t have to sort through it alone. I help clients manage anxiety and depression, prevent burnout, and create practical changes that bring them back to balance. Together we’ll identify what’s not working, understand the patterns keeping you stuck, and build tools you can use in real life—not just in session. Starting therapy can feel intimidating, but it’s a meaningful step. You deserve a supportive, judgment-free space to breathe, heal, and grow. If you’re ready, I’d be happy to work with you.
During our first session, we will conduct an initial assessment, establish rapport, and explore the reasons for beginning therapy. I will ask you to identify 1 to 2 goals that you wish to focus on throughout our time together.
I use treatments that focus on solutions, provide support, enhance coping skills, and facilitate problem-solving.
My approach is collaborative and results-oriented. We start by getting clear on what’s not working and what you want instead, then we build a plan with realistic steps. Method-wise, I use a mix of skills + insight—think practical strategies (nervous system regulation, thought/behavior pattern work, boundaries, communication) alongside understanding the “why” underneath. I also like to track progress in a simple way (sleep, mood, triggers, habits, functioning) so we’re not guessing. Results clients typically report: feeling calmer, more confident, better at boundaries, less reactive, and more consistent in the habits that support their mental health—because therapy shouldn’t just be a weekly vent session; it should make real life easier.
I work best with clients who are ready to take an active role in their own growth. My ideal clients come to therapy with a genuine desire for change — not just to be heard, but to move forward. They're open to honest self-reflection, willing to be challenged, and committed to doing the work between sessions, not just during them. I'm particularly well-suited for clients who: Are solutions-focused — they want practical tools and strategies, not just insight Value personal accountability and understand that lasting change requires their participation Are you ready to set goals and track your own progress Prefer a therapist who is direct, collaborative, and outcome-oriented If you're looking for a space where you'll be supported and challenged — where sessions lead to real action steps — we're likely a great fit.
