My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) is a well-researched, evidence-based therapeutic approach that can help you identify and change negative thought patterns and behaviors, leading to improved coping mechanisms and a quicker path to managing mental health concerns such as anxiety, depression, and stress, as well as teach practical skills that can be used in your daily life.

Dialectical Behavior (DBT)

Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) provides a structured therapeutic approach to teaching you practical skills like mindfulness, emotion regulation, distress tolerance, and interpersonal effectiveness. DBT is also to treat other mental health concerns such as depression and anxiety.

Person-centered (Rogerian)

Person-centered therapy can help you learn empathy and unconditional positive regard for yourself and others. As your therapist I will support , guide, and structure your sessions to help you discover your own solution to the problems you are facing.

Jackie is an amazing therapist. She is always listening and giving great feedback. She is my first therapist ever and I feel so lucky to get to work with someone who is very amazing at what she does. She has made this whole experience much easier and smoother than I could have ever imagined. She is truly an incredible therapist!
