I specialize in working with individuals who have experienced trauma, anxiety, or significant life transitions.I have been working in the mental health field for over 7 years, including over 4 years in a residential treatment setting treating children struggling with anxiety, depression, ADHD, ASD, and PTSD, as well as other diagnoses. The first session typically focuses on building rapport and completing a biopsychosocial assessment. Goals are also identified in the first session.
