I have experience working with adolescents, transitional age youth, adults and older adults dealing with mood disorders, anxiety, psychosis, trauma, personality disorders, developmental disorders, and substance use as well as with those going through life transitions and struggling finding their way.
First session
In our first session, I will start by reviewing guidelines for therapy and confidentiality. Then, I will gather information about you, history, current symptoms and treatment goals. I will also provide psycho-education on presenting problems and treatment options.
