In our first session together, here's what you can expect

In sessions to reduce symptoms of anxiety, depression, stress and life challenges. I incorporate Positive Psychotherapy, Humanistic, Strength Building exercises, CBT, DBT, Narrative therapy, and Relaxing Meditation Mindfulness techniques. Together, we set Collaborative goals and work toward them with coping tools, humor, and spirituality.
