Are you feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or constantly on edge—like you've lost your sense of self? You may be dealing with anxiety, depression, or the lasting effects of trauma. If you’ve been in a relationship where you felt manipulated, controlled, or abused—sometimes described as narcissistic abuse, emotional abuse, or domestic violence, you’re not alone. I specialize in helping individuals heal from trauma, anxiety, depression, and unhealthy relationship patterns by providing a safe, supportive space where you can begin to understand your experiences, rebuild your self-esteem, reclaim your identiy, and feel more grounded and in control. You may be feeling confused, emotionally drained, or questioning yourself. That's completely normal. Together, we can begin to make sense of what you've been through. Healing is possible, and you deserve to feel happy again! My goal is to help you reconnect with yourself—not just to get through each day, but to feel more confident, empowered, and like you again! You're not stuck-change is possible, and you don't have to go through it alone. I offer virtual sessions with flexible daytime and evening hours. My goal is to provide a supportive, down-to-earth, and nonjudgemental space where you can feel understood and begin to heal. If you're ready to take the next step, I'd be honored to support you on your journey!

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

I use a client-centered approach, so therapy with me will be the way you want it. No pressure. I provide a warm, friendly, nonjudgmental, and safe space for you to vent about your problems and share your thoughts and feelings. We will go at your own comfortable pace as I guide you to create meaningful goals tailored to you and what you need to get out of therapy. We'll get to know each other and make sure we're a good fit.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

I knew it was my calling to become a therapist when I was told how easy I am to talk to and how quickly others feel comfortable opening up to me. I am always honored to be invited into someone's world to help them learn and grow. I can't stand to see others in pain, and I always appreciate being part of someone's healing journey. Although I uphold professional boundaries, my clients say therapy with me is like talking to a friend except I give my full undivided attention and zero judgement.
