About me

Are you feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or constantly on edge? Exhausted from trying to hold everything together? Do you feel like you've lost yourself somewhere along the way? Maybe you find yourself constantly overthinking, walking on eggshells, questioning your feelings, or wondering if you're the problem. Maybe you've spent too much time trying to keep the peace, understand someone else's emotions, or make a relationship work that you no longer recognize yourself. If you’ve been in a relationship where you felt manipulated, controlled, abused, or unsafe, you're not alone. Whether you're still trying to understand what happened, recently left a difficult relationship, or are still carrying the impact years later, your experiences matter. I specialize in supporting individuals who are healing from emotional abuse, domestic violence, narcissistic abuse, and relationship trauma. I provide a safe, supportive space where you can begin to make sense of your experience, rebuild trust in yourself, strengthen your self-esteem, and reconnect with the person you were before. You may feel confused, emotionally drained, anxious, depressed, or unsure of who you are anymore. These feelings are understandable after experiencing a relationship where your needs, feelings, or reality have been questioned or dismissed. Together, we can untangle the confusion, process what you've been through, and help you feel more grounded, confident, and in control. My goal is not just to help you get through each day, but to help you reconnect with yourself, creating a life where you feel empowered, safe, and like yourself again. You're not stuck. Healing is possible, and you do not have to go through it alone. I provide a warm,, down-to-earth, and nonjudgmental space where you can feel understood, supported, and comfortable being your authentic self. If you're ready to take the next step, I'd be honored to support you in your journey!

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

Your first session is a chance for us to get to know each other and for me to learn more about what brought you to therapy and what you hope to get out of it. There's no pressure to share anything you're not ready to talk about. I provide a warm, friendly, and nonjudgmental space where you can feel comfortable being yourself and sharing at your own pace. Together, we'll begin identifying what you'd like to work on and develop goals that feel meaningful to you. Most importantly, we'll make sure you feel comfortable with me and that we're a good fit for working together.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

I knew it was my calling to become a therapist when I was told how easy I am to talk to and how quickly others feel comfortable opening up to me. I am always honored to be invited into someone's world to help them learn, grow, and heal. The relationships I build with my clients are important to me, and I always appreciate being part of their healing journey. Although I uphold professional boundaries, my clients say therapy with me is like talking to a friend except I give my full undivided attention and zero judgement.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

My ideal client is someone who needs help navigating relationship challenges including emotional abuse, domestic violence, narcissistic abuse, trauma, conflict, divorce, and co-parenting. This client is looking to process what's happening and learn to cope and heal. The goal is for the client to regain control, build self-esteem, and reclaim their identity. The client needs a therapist who will be emotionally supportive, empathic, validating, and nonjudgmental.
