Hi, I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC). I have a PhD in Psychology, a Master of Counseling and a bachelor’s degree in psychology. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and has been practicing since 2011. I have experience in working with adults and children with a history of inpatient mental health treatment, substance abuse, and crisis management. I have also worked alongside families and children in the juvenile justice system.

I enjoy working with adults who are facing multiple challenges related to their individual behavioral health needs, in addition areas related to work and family. My clients are eager to improve, but don't yet have the tools needed to manage their individual challenges. They often feel stuck, overwhelmed and anxious about their decision-making skills.
