Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, then dive into the specific challenges you're facing. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

Having worked in a private practice with DCFS referrals and online through a Telehealth platform for 8 years has given me the necessary tools I need to work as a team with my clients. Together we will develop a plan of action and identify "realistic goals and coping skills" to help you navigate through your life stressors.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I love working with adults of all ages who may feel stuck, overwhelmed, and anxious in this world that I like to call "a roller coaster ride." We as humans have our ups and downs and all we need is an extra pair of ears that listens to our concerns and life stressors.

Hi, I’m Sandra, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over eight years of experience working with individuals, couples, and families. I offer therapy in both English and Spanish and specialize in helping people navigate anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and life transitions. My style is action-oriented, solution-focused, and grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). I’m direct, sometimes challenging, and believe therapy can be both meaningful and even a little humorous. If you're looking for a space to be real, get unstuck, and start feeling better, I’m here to help.
