I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and a Licensed Addiction Counselor. I have over 30 years' experience I assist adults of all ages (18 and beyond using a collaborative process. We can work together to heal past and present conflict, emotional disturbances, and learn new coping strategies. My goal is support you in living your best life.

First session
We will spend the first session getting to know each other. We will discuss what brought you to seek therapy at this time in your life and create a plan on how to move forward in meeting your goals.

Internal Family Systems (IFS)
IFS is a great adjunct to most other clinical modalities to help bring a deeper understanding into who you are. This aids in facilitating healing from past hurts.
