Licensed to practice in California and accepts 32 insurances. Specializes in Anxiety, Coping Skills, Depression and 10 more.
I am a bilingual Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT). In 1991, I obtained a B.H. in Social Psychology from The Universidad Autonoma de Baja California (Mexico). In 2008, I graduated from University of Phoenix with an M.A. in Marriage, Family, and Child Therapy. I have more than 22 years of experience working with patients—including adolescents, parents, adults, and couples. My focus is on improving relationships and addressing mental or emotional issues such as depression, anxiety, phobias, trauma, psychosocial stressors, life challenges, and personal goals.
During the first session, my primary goal is to establish a therapeutic relationship where you feel safe and comfortable to begin exploring your concerns, needs, goals, and strengths. I believe that change, health, and progress are always possible if we focus on them. Therefore, I emphasize using action plans or assignments to practice and test new skills and strategies both during sessions and between appointments.
After working with the Latina population in both Mexico and the U.S. for more than 22 years, I have learned to adapt to changes in generations, technology, medicine, and multicultural factors. This experience has given me a deep understanding of the unique challenges you may face. My goal is to support you as you develop the skills to embrace emotional and mental well-being, cultivate fulfilling relationships, and achieve the life you truly deserve. I am here to guide you in building resilience, nurturing healthy connections, and pursuing your goals with confidence.
It is a privilege to work with young people, couples, adults, and older adults. I support those experiencing complex relationships, emotional, or mental situations who are willing to work consistently on their treatment. I would be honored to support you in improving your well-being, changing habits, processing, healing from difficult experiences, and building new skills as needed to help you reach your best self.

Miss Noraly was warm, kind, and communicative. She took the time to ask great questions and listened attentively. Very intelligent and solution driven. I look foward to working with Miss Noraly!
