In our first session together, here's what you can expect

In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, then we will dive into the specific challenges you're facing. I will ask a lot of questions. Some of them may not make the most of sense to you. Some of the questions maybe nosey in your opinion. I am just wanting to gather as much information about you that I can. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

I think that it is I have a wide variety of experiences in my background. I have two master's Degrees one in Psychology and one in social work. I have worked with children in Community Mental Health, and in School Systems. I have worked with adults in Community mental health, Correctional Systems, as well as Inpatient acute care settings. I have a wide variety of employment skills from the different jobs I have worked, this allowing me to better assist you.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I love working with children and adults both. I can assist with those that need to curtail their anger, as well as those that want to reduce their behaviors from ADHD. I work also with grief, and any other issue you may have. I just want to help you become the best you that you can become.
