(he/him)
Hello, I’m Shaun Hill, a Licensed Professional Counselor – Supervisor in Texas with over 18 years of experience. I am dedicated to helping individuals and families navigate life’s challenges with greater clarity and confidence. I work with clients facing concerns such as anxiety, depression, stress, relationships, marriage, family dynamics, parenting challenges, OCD, ADHD, and developing effective coping skills. My approach is supportive, collaborative, and focused on creating a safe space where you can explore your experiences and build meaningful change. If you’re feeling stuck or overwhelmed, you’re not alone—reach out when you’re ready. I look forward to connecting and supporting you on your journey.
During your first session, we’ll focus on getting to know each other and helping you feel comfortable in the process. We’ll start with brief introductions, then talk about your background and the concerns that brought you to counseling. I recognize that beginning counseling is a big step, and it takes courage to start. My goal is for you to feel comfortable, heard, and supported—especially by the end of our first session. This initial conversation helps us begin creating a personalized plan tailored to your needs and goals. Most importantly, I strive to provide a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you can share at your own pace.
With 18 years of experience working with individuals and couples, my approach is structured yet flexible, helping you clearly identify the challenges you’re facing and build practical strategies for change. I focus on helping you make steady, measurable progress while ensuring the work feels meaningful and aligned with your goals.
I am passionate about working with individuals and couples who are actively seeking support and growth. My clients are often ready to make meaningful changes but may lack the tools to address the challenges they face. They frequently describe feeling overwhelmed, stuck, anxious, or weighed down by life's difficulties, and I am committed to helping them find clarity and relief

As a Christian counselor, I integrate faith-based principles and, when appropriate, scripture to support clients in navigating daily challenges. I believe that a strong foundation in Christ can offer meaningful guidance, insight, and encouragement throughout the counseling journey.
I incorporate Mindfulness-Based Therapy to help clients stay grounded and present while working through and resolving their challenges.
As a Person-Centered therapist, I provide a supportive and empathetic environment to help clients navigate stress, anxiety, depression, and grief. Through understanding, encouragement, and a focus on each individual’s strengths, I guide clients on their path toward healing and personal growth.
