Hello there! I'm so excited to connect with you. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with several years of experience working with children, adolescents, and adults. I utilize a collaborative approach that requires working in partnership together to create positive change. I want to get to know you and your world and believe I bring compassion, humor, kindness, and curiosity into each session. Let’s work together in helping you make conscious choices instead of having unconscious reactions so you can live a more satisfying and fulfilling life!
For our first session we will be building rapport and getting to know one another. In the first couple of sessions we will be completing an inital assessment where I will be gathering information i.e. current symptoms/behaviors and historical information to create treatment goals that you specifically would like to work on in treatment.
My greatest strength is meeting my clients where they are! I feel I bring a warm, open space that allows my clients to feel safe in order to openly discuss different topics. I think it's important to bring humor in at times as well as authenticity in order to create a strong alliance. I enjoy utilzing Cognitive Behavioral therapy, Dialectical Behavioral therapy mindfulness, and solution focused techniques due to their strong research, actionable strategies and their ability to address a wide range of mental health concerns.
I appreciate a supportive, collaborative, and results-oriented approach to therapy. I know life can be hard at times and having a safe space to openly discuss challenges can be so helpful. If you are struggling with anxiety, depression, ADHD, stress, self-doubt, navigating major life transitions and are seeking to build self-confidence, develop healthy coping mechanisms, and find better life balances. I would love to work along side you to help create the best version of yourself.

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
Cognitive behavioral therapy is an approach that helps people understand how their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors are linked. CBT can help you feel more in control and will allow us to go through situations in a more healthier light.
