New to Grow
Starting therapy can feel intimidating-especially if you've spent a long time being the strong one, the helper, or the person who holds everything together. I support individuals impacted by anxiety, depression, life transitions, parenting, caregiver fatigue, and trauma, including sexual trauma. I offer trauma-informed therapy in a supportive, nonjudgmental space. Together, we'll work at a pace that feels right for you, building insight, coping tools, and confidence. For clients who desire it, I can incorporate Christian perspectives.
We will get to know each other more and build rapport. I will gather information to understand your experiences better.
Life experiences, Active Listening, and empathy are my greatest strengths.
I work with individuals who are navigating the demands of work-life balance, the challenges of parenting, anxiety, and looking to heal from the effects of unresolved trauma, including sexual abuse. I provide a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where they can process their experiences, build healthier coping strategies, strengthen their sense of self, and move forward towards healing and purpose.

Brainspotting
Brainspotting is a technique I use to help clients process trauma by connecting the brain and the body. It allows us to access and release deeply held emotional experiences that may feel stuck.
Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
CPT is used to help clients process and heal from trauma by identifying and challenging unhelpful beliefs related to their experiences. I help support clients in developing healthier thought patterns.
Faith based therapy
I offer faith-based therapy by integrating Christian principles into counseling, helping clients find healing through both clinical support and biblical guidance.
Motivational Interviewing
I use MI to help clients explore and resolve ambivalence about change.
Trauma Informed Care
I provide a safe, supportive environment where clients feel empowered and respected. I use this approach to honor your pace, build trust, and help you feel in control as you work through difficult experiences.
