In our first session together, here's what you can expect

During our first session, I will give you all the boring info about my practice and introduce you to me as a human. I’ll check in about what brings us together, and at the end of the session I will ask if you’d like to schedule again.

I have been fired as a therapist before because I am extremely direct and expect progress. I am deeply invested in your therapeutic goals and I care enough about my clients to stay out of the friend spot in your life.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

My ideal client? Someone ready to develop a life worth living. I haven’t received a magic wand from Social Work Academy yet, so I can’t promise I can fix all your hurts or make everything better. If you’re ready to try, and you need space to heal, let’s do this.
