Clients say this provider is
The world can feel like it's moving incredibly fast at times, and it is easy to get swept up in that momentum only to realize you’ve been running on empty for a long time. Having lived through that kind of deep, exhausting stress firsthand, this therapist understands how heavy it can feel when the days start blurring together and you want a change but have no idea where to start. This practice is simply a non-judgmental, warm, and honest space to finally pause and slow down. The ultimate hope is that at the end of every session, the walk back out into the world feels just a little bit lighter
In our first session, we’ll focus on getting to know you—what’s bringing you in, what you’ve been experiencing, and what you’re hoping for. I’ll ask some gentle questions to better understand your needs, and you’re welcome to share at your own pace. We’ll also talk about your goals and how we can work together in a way that feels supportive and comfortable for you.
This therapeutic approach stands out because it blends specialized evidenced based clinical tools with a deep, genuine curiosity about each person's unique story. By drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Short-Term Behavioral Therapy (STBT), and Motivational Interviewing (MI), the focus is never on using a rigid, one-size-fits-all checklist. Instead, sessions are collaborative. Time is taken to truly understand the client's past experiences and daily patterns, gently making the hidden links and connections between thoughts, habits, and stress. Once those pieces come together, the focus shifts to practical, real-world steps.
I enjoy working with individuals who value a warm, supportive space and are ready to explore new ways of thinking, feeling, and living. You may feel stuck, overwhelmed, or uncertain, but have a desire for change and personal growth. Together, we can build insight, develop practical tools, and move toward a more balanced and fulfilling life. My hope is that you feel lighter after every session.
