Hello, I'm Tamesha Wiggins, a client centered psychotherapist passionate about helping people feel seen, heard, and understood. As an African American, female therapist, I have a particular viewpoint that is unique to myself, and those from the diaspora.
I work with adults, couples, families, and older adults facing a wide range of challenges, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and the deep often invisible wounds left by narcissistic abuse and divorce.
First session
Our first therapeutic session will be geared to help me learn more about you. I am interested in the ways that I can support you, in your journey of the growth and personal development.

Treatment methods
Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
I have been successful in using cognitive behavior therapy to help clients identify negative thoughts and behaviors by exploring how thoughts feelings and actions are interconnected I then collaborate with clients to challenge unhelpful thought patterns through techniques like cognitive restructuring and self-talk.
Christian Counseling
I have been successful in helping clients navigate transitions in life and challenges by use of their faith and Christian principles.
