As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), I help people understand the deeper patterns shaping their relationships, emotions, and sense of self. My approach is warm, collaborative, and rooted in evidence-based, attachment-informed therapy to support healing from anxiety, trauma, relationship struggles, and life transitions. I believe meaningful change happens when people feel truly seen and understood. I work with clients to build insight, emotional resilience, and healthier ways of connecting with themselves and others.

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

Your first session is a space where you can finally exhale. We'll explore what's been weighing on you, the patterns showing up in your life, and what you truly want to feel or experience differently. By the end of our conversation, you'll leave with greater clarity, a sense of direction, and the feeling that you don't have to navigate this alone.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

My greatest strength is helping clients recognize the deeper patterns shaping their relationships, emotions, and sense of self. I combine attachment-informed therapy with practical, evidence-based tools so clients not only gain insight, but also learn skills that create real change. Clients often share that they feel deeply understood in our work together while gaining the clarity and confidence to build healthier relationships and more fulfilling life.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

My ideal client feels stuck in familiar patterns that no longer serve them. They manage life externally, but internally, they feel overwhelmed. They’re navigating anxiety, attachment wounds, burnout, or major transitions and want clarity, self‑trust, and healthier relationships. They value growth and are ready to understand their patterns and create lasting change.

My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

I use CBT to help clients identify and challenge unhelpful thoughts patterns that influence emotions and behaviors. Together, we build practical skills to create healthier thinking patterns, improve coping, and support lasting change.

Attachment-based

I use an attachment-based approach to explore how early relationships shape patterns in current relationships. Together, we build insight, emotional safety, and healthier ways of connecting with others.

Dialectical Behavior (DBT)

I use DBT to help clients develop skills for managing intense emotions, improving relationships, and tolerating distress. DBT focuses on building mindfulness, emotional regulation, and effective coping strategies.

Acceptance and commitment (ACT)

I use ACT to help clients build psychological flexibility and develop a healthier relationship with their thoughts and emotions. Together, we focus on values and taking meaningful actions that align with the life they want to live.

Existential

My existential approach helps clients find meaning around their identify and purpose in life. Together, we reflect on life transitions, personal values, and the freedom to make choices that create a more authentic and fulfilling life.
