I specialize in working with young men and adult men facing anxiety, depression, trauma, and life stressors. I have supported individuals in reducing anxiety and overwhelm, working through depression, processing trauma, developing practical coping skills, strengthening identity and purpose, and connecting psychological growth with spiritual renewal.
