Hello and welcome! My name is Letitia Obot, and I am a licensed clinical therapist. Life can be challenging, overwhelming and sometimes we need support navigating through the ups and downs, the changes happening in our lives and help to face the unknown. Reaching out for help is not always easy, I'd like to take a moment to acknowledge and honor your courage to reach out for help. As a therapist, my focus is working together to facilitate healing and meet your individual therapeutic needs and goals. I am experienced in utilizing different treatment methods such as CBT, DBT, Solution Focused, Mindfulness base approach to identify unhelpful thoughts and patterns of behaviors, develop practical strategies, and learn new skills/techniques to overcome challenges.
In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, then dive into the specific challenges you're facing. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions.
Having worked with individuals struggling with anxiety, depression and mood disorders, I've developed a tried-and-true playbook for helping you (a) identify the root cause of your challenges and (b) create a tailored plan that leads to measurable progress.
I have a passion for working with individuals who are struggling with how to cope with their emotions. Individuals who find it challenging to manage symptoms of anxiety, depression, mood disorders. My clients are eager to process their thoughts and feelings and gain practical skills and tools that will help them cope and make meaningful changes to improve their lives.

Leticia puts my mind at ease. I look forward to meeting with her weekly. I've never had a solution-based therapist until I met her. I wish her the best and I enjoy our talks. She is well versed in her field and knows how to guide her patients effectively and gently.

I really enjoyed my first appointment with Leticia. This is my first time in therapy and I feel very comfortable and at ease speaking with her. I can tell she is a very intelligent woman. She described her methodologies to me where I could understand them and feel comfortable that she will know how to further help me with my journey. I’m looking forward to meeting with her. I did not think things could be this easy going, so I’m excited that I picked to work with her.

She was so great at intake and referring me to other approaches in which I could better be served. She was not looking for a quick cash grab and was so honest about her specialities. Really suggest for those seeking authenticity through CBT.
