New to Grow
I offer help and support for women and teen girls who feel a constant hum of anxiety, are weighed down by depression, and/or have a harsh inner critic that longs for the freedom of a peaceful mind. You may be feeling stuck, unsure how to move forward, and in need of a safe, judgment-free space where your feelings are heard, understood, and validated. In therapy with me, you’ll receive compassionate support and evidence-based tools to better understand yourself, quiet self-criticism, feel stronger and empowered to develop healthier ways of coping with difficult transitions. My goal is to help minimize your suffering so you can feel hope again.
Your first session is a safe, supportive space to share what you’re facing and explore what brought you to therapy. I will ask questions about your goals and challenges and what outcomes you want to achieve. Each telehealth session is guided by your needs in the moment. I will offer compassionate support, honest reflection, and will encourage accountability to move you toward the outcomes that matter most to you. You will gain perspective, practical tools, and actionable steps to move you forward.
My own life journey has included painful and challenging experiences, including childhood trauma & loss, divorce, health struggles, and seasons of questioning my faith. These experiences deepen my empathy and help me connect with clients from a place of genuine understanding. I bring both professional training and my personal journey into my work. Because I have walked through difficult times myself, I know how important it is to feel seen, supported, and reminded that you are not alone during difficult seasons of life. My hope is that you feel seen and more confident in your ability to move through life from a place of strength. Start feeling better today. Schedule your first session.
I specialize in supporting professional women and teen girls ages 16 and older through life transitions who are seeking support, clarity and tools to manage and decrease their emotional suffering. Areas of concern would include, parenting challenges, grief and loss, relationship challenges, divorce or separation, empty-nest changes, job stress, work-life balance, anxiety, and depression. My work helps clients build coping skills to help move forward with hope.

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
CBT is a structured type of talk therapy that helps people change negative thought patterns and behaviors to improve their mood and cope with challenges. It is based on the idea that our thoughts, feelings, and behaviors are connected. Negative or unrealistic thoughts can lead to distressing emotions and unhelpful behaviors. CBT helps people recognize these patterns and learn healthier ways of thinking and acting, which can reduce emotional distress and improve daily functioning
Mindfulness-Based Therapy
Mindfulness-based interventions are designed to help individuals cultivate awareness of their thoughts, emotions, and bodily sensations in a non-judgmental manner. These interventions aim to promote mental health by encouraging individuals to focus on the present moment, thereby reducing stress, anxiety, and depressive symptoms.
Solution Focused Brief Treatment
Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT) is a brief, goal-oriented therapeutic approach that emphasizes clients’ strengths and resources to create practical solutions for current challenges rather than focusing on past problems.
