Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
Utilizing CBT during therapy helps individuals identify their strengths and weaknesses in their thought process. Making small changes in thought process will allow long term changes take affect after continued practice it the thought structure. Allowing the individual to become aware of changes needed for better communication styles.
