My current availability: Mondays to Fridays between 9:00 to 6:00pm. Hi I'm William! I dedicate a space for you, one that is entirely different from your internal dialogue or your conversations with friends and family. My approach is warm, patient, and deeply observant. I don't just rush to 'fix' your distress. Instead, I help you look beneath the surface to understand why you feel stuck. I am committed to helping you explore your experiences with openness so you can navigate life’s challenges with greater ease and resilience. I specialize in: Work through men’s issues and life transitions Navigate complex relationships with partners, parents, and children Uncover and release deep-seated resentment Recognize and process hidden grief Support you through the overwhelming transitions of parenthood Build emotional boundaries and resilience Break cycles of intergenerational trauma Address chronic worry, stress, and burnout Clients often tell me I am understanding, personable, and easy to talk to. But most importantly, I help my clients get honest with themselves—because I believe when we get honest, true healing and personal growth can finally begin.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

I know starting therapy can feel a bit daunting, so I like to keep things conversational and relaxed. Think of our first meeting as a collaborative 'getting to know you' session. We will talk about what brings you to therapy right now, explore your background, and begin to understand the goals you want to achieve. I view this initial session as a chance for me to learn your story, and a chance for you to see how I work. By the end of our first session, my hope is that you feel a sense of relief and a clear direction for our work together.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

My biggest strength as a therapist is my ability to truly show up, be fully present, and hold a steady space for you. I don't shy away from heavy emotions. Together, we can focus on the difficult things—the grief, the resentment, and the complex relationship dynamics we rarely talk openly about. Because I am deeply observant, I listen not just to what you are saying, but to the deeper patterns beneath your words. I excel at helping clients connect the dots between their past experiences and their present-day struggles. I help you see the invisible patterns and intergenerational trauma that might be keeping you stuck. I will sit with you in the hard moments, help you make sense of them, and most importantly, guide you on how to get through them.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

Come as you are. I am best positioned to serve clients who feel overwhelmed by their relationships, stressed by life transitions, or weighed down by past family dynamics. Whether you are struggling with navigating men's issues, the pressures of parenthood, or simply feeling exhausted from always being the 'strong one' for everyone else, you are in the right place. You don't have to perform or pretend in my office. I work best with clients who are willing to be curious and open, even when it feels uncomfortable. I will support you in exploring your truth and delving deep into your experiences.

My treatment methods

Eclectic

I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach to healing. My eclectic style means I draw from various evidence-based therapies to fit your unique needs. I adapt my methods to what works best for you, ensuring our work feels organic, deeply personal, and highly effective.

Acceptance and commitment (ACT)

Sometimes, trying to 'fix' or suppress painful emotions only creates more suffering. Using ACT, I help you change your relationship with difficult thoughts and feelings. Instead of fighting your anxiety or resentment, we work on making space for them while committing to actions that align with your core values.

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

Our thoughts deeply influence how we feel and act. Through a compassionate CBT approach, I help you identify and gently challenge the unhelpful narratives keeping you stuck. If you struggle with a harsh inner critic, or guilt, we will examine those thoughts together.
