I help high-functioning adults who feel overwhelmed, stuck, or constantly “on.” On the outside, things may look fine—career, responsibilities, relationships—but internally, you’re dealing with stress, anxiety, burnout, or self-doubt that won’t turn off. My clinical background includes training in fast-paced, high-expectation environments where effective, evidence-based care was essential. I use approaches like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), EMDR, motivational interviewing, and mindfulness-based strategies to help you understand patterns, build practical skills, and create meaningful change. I began my clinical work as a Behavioral Health Officer in the U.S. Army, where I worked in high-stress operational settings. While that experience gave me a strong understanding of pressure, burnout, and performance demands, my work today is focused on helping adults in all walks of life navigate similar challenges. My approach is collaborative, practical, and grounded—I aim to create a space where you can be yourself while doing real, meaningful work.
In our first session, we’ll focus on getting a clear understanding of what’s been going on and what you want to change. My goal is to create a space that feels comfortable, straightforward, and productive from the start. Together, we will: • Identify the key challenges you’re dealing with and how they’re impacting your day-to-day life • Clarify your goals and what progress would realistically look like for you • Begin outlining a practical, structured plan for moving forward By the end of the session, you’ll have a clearer sense of direction and what working together will look like.
One of my strengths as a therapist is my ability to create an environment that feels both professional and genuinely human. Clients often describe me as easy to talk to, direct, and someone who knows when to bring humor in a way that feels natural—not forced. I take a practical, structured approach to therapy. I use evidence-based methods like CBT, EMDR, motivational interviewing, and mindfulness-based strategies—but always tailor them to the individual. My focus is not just insight, but helping you build tools you can actually use in your day-to-day life. I have extensive experience working with individuals in high-stress environments, and I’m especially effective in helping clients navigate burnout, pressure, and the challenges of balancing work, relationships, and personal well-being. I also help clients improve relationships by developing stronger communication, setting boundaries, and breaking unhelpful patterns. Overall, my approach blends structure with flexibility and insight with action—so you leave sessions not just understanding more, but functioning better.
I work best with high-functioning adults who feel overwhelmed, stuck, or constantly “on.” Many of my clients are professionals navigating stress, burnout, or major life transitions, and are looking for practical tools to feel more in control day-to-day. They are often insightful and motivated, but find themselves overthinking, mentally exhausted, or struggling to relax even when things appear to be going well on the surface. My approach is a strong fit for clients who want structured, goal-oriented therapy that focuses on both understanding patterns and building skills that create meaningful, sustainable change.

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help you identify patterns that keep you stuck and build practical strategies to improve how you think, feel, and function day-to-day. We focus on reducing overthinking, managing stress, and changing unhelpful habits so you can feel more in control and less overwhelmed in your daily life.
EMDR
I also incorporate EMDR to help process difficult or stressful experiences that continue to affect you in the present. EMDR helps the brain reprocess these experiences so they feel less intense and no longer drive anxiety, stress, or emotional reactions in the same way. This work is done virtually using structured, guided techniques in a way that feels safe, manageable, and paced to your comfort level.

Tyler really is a down to earth guy from how our conversation went. Very understanding and makes you feel like you aren’t alone in the world, that their are other people out there that actually want to help
