I utilize multiple modalities including, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing and Mindfulness. I enjoy working with diverse populations, and providing client-centered therapeutic services.

First session

During our first session we will establish rapport. Address any questions or concerns you may have about me and the treatment modalities I utilize. We will also address your priorities and begin creating a treatment plan specific to your needs.
