As a Mind Body Based Therapist, I value most the human experience and the variety of challenges it can bring. My ultimate goal is for you, the client, to become curious about your internal landscape and know that you are the expert in your life. My role is a helper to assist you along the journey of growth, healing, and acceptance while using eclectic treatment modalities. Together we can remove the difficulty of trying to make your insides match others' outsides and develop new contracts with yourself for you to become the most authentic version of yourself.
