I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker based in Southern Illinois. I have been practicing individual therapy for 10 years but I have worked in social services for over 20 years.I work with clients age 12 and up helping them work through periods of stress and anxiety. I have knowledge of resources to aid clients in finding tools to help them best.

In our first session we will start with brief introductions and then dive into the reason that caused you to seek counseling. This will allow us to work together to set goals for our sessions.

I have worked with clients for over 10 years. Through this time I have helped many learn coping skills to aid in decreasing stress and anxiety.
