About me

With over 25 years of experience, I’ve had the privilege of working with individuals of all ages, using a variety of therapeutic interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Integrative Therapy, Mindfulness, and Humor. I hold a degree in Social Work with a minor in Psychology from the University of Dayton and a master’s in Social Work from the University of Illinois at Chicago. My commitment to ongoing education keeps me fascinated by the brain’s intricacies and continuously enhances my practice.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

.You don’t have to face life’s challenges alone. I provide a space to explore whatever comes your way. Compassion, humor, and vulnerability are the foundation for lasting change. I’ve guided people through addiction, complex medical situations, terminal illness, chronic medical/mental illness, and trauma. Helping people navigate life’s transitions is the core of my practice.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

I believe we are born with what we need to succeed; it’s about being willing to dive deep. I’m passionate about helping people recognize and embrace their strengths and hope. Seeking guidance takes courage, truth, and vulnerability.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I have been privileged to guide people through complex medical situations, terminal illnesses, chronic illness, trauma, and addiction. Helping people navigate life’s transitions is the core of my practice. I utilize a variety of therapeutic interventions; no two clients are the same.

The session was very complete, she listened and helped me inform her on my history and background. At the end, I felt that my issues could be improved and I have hope about the future.
