Together, we can identify what's not working and what's needed to get you aligned with the life you envision. We'll use a whole self approach, addressing the needs of your mind, body and spirit. In our first session we will get to know one another. I will get a better understanding about the thing/things that have brought you to therapy. I will also answer questions you may have so we can ensure you feel at ease and knowledgeable about the therapy process.
