As we work together, I can help you with all of those things and more. My name is Mark. I've been a therapist for over twenty years and have worked with clients of all ages, genders. and sexual orientations. I've done this through my work in a therapeutic school, a psychiatric hospital and community mental health agency. I shy away from the word happy and work to steer my clients toward contentment and self-fulfillment. This is accomplished through an eclectic mix of therapeutic tools which include a focus on cognitive behavioral and client-centered therapy through the lens of existentialism.

My style is straight forward and direct. I feel that time is a valuable thing and I want to make the best use of the time we spend together. I will always be honest and operate with a sense of integrity and leave you with a clear understanding of what is necessary for you to move in the direction that you want to go.

I love working with Mark. In the beginning I said I wanted someone who wouldn't sugarcoat and will hold me accountable and have methods on how to work through whatever situation I'm dealing with, someone who is direct and smart and who'll challenge me and that's exactly what I have with him. I actually look forward to our meeting and that's rare. I've ben working with him for almost 2 years now and my only regret is that I started woking with him so late, I should have been working him.
