I have a warm and laid-back style. I use a Strengths-based approach, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, and Intuitive Eating as ways to empower clients to learn more effective ways of coping with life's challenges.

The clients I am best positioned to serve are adults ages 20-90 who are wanting to gain more confidence, support, and skills for navigating life's challenges.
