Hello, it's nice to meet you! I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in AZ and have 20 years experience working with clients to help improve their lives. My passion is to share "mental health superpowers" that can transform lives. I specialize in working with clients who may be struggling with anxiety, depression, stress, body image issues, or issues around food. My goal is to empower you to face your challenges and develop skills to manage them so that you can thrive in life. I'm looking forward to working with you!

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions
I have a warm and laid-back style. I use a Strengths-based approach, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, and Intuitive Eating as ways to empower clients to learn more effective ways of coping with life's challenges.

The clients I am best positioned to serve are adults ages 20-90 who are wanting to gain more confidence, support, and skills for navigating life's challenges.
