(she/her)
I am a California‑licensed clinical psychologist with over a decade of experience supporting individuals through a wide range of challenges. My work is rooted in respect, empathy, and collaboration. I tailor treatment to your specific goals and experiences, and I honor the courage it takes to begin therapy and invest in your own well‑being. I look forward to working with you to meet your goals.
In our first session together, we’ll take time to understand what brings you to therapy right now. I’ll ask you about your presenting concerns—what’s been happening, how it’s affecting you, and what feels most important for us to focus on. We’ll also talk about any past experiences that might be influencing what you’re dealing with today, so I can get a fuller picture of your situation. This initial meeting is also a chance for both of us to get a sense of whether working together feels like a good fit. You can ask questions, share your goals, and let me know what you’re hoping to get out of therapy. By the end of the session, we’ll have a clearer understanding of your needs and whether this therapeutic relationship is the right match to support you moving forward. Please take a few minutes to review the expectations for our sessions and what helps make therapy safe, effective, and productive: 1. Location and Safety Requirements • Please make sure you are in a private space where you feel comfortable speaking openly. • If this is an individual session, you must be alone during the appointment unless we have discussed and agreed on something different ahead of time. • For your safety, you may not participate in session while driving or operating a vehicle. If you are in a car, the vehicle must be parked for the entire session. 2. Technology and Environment • Please join sessions from a place with reliable internet or Wi Fi so we can maintain a stable connection. • Try to minimize distractions—avoid multitasking, running errands, or doing activities you wouldn’t do in an in person therapy office. 3. Participation Expectations • Therapy works best when you are an active and collaborative participant. • This means sharing openly, asking questions, practicing skills between sessions, and letting me know if something isn’t working for you. • Our work is a partnership—we will set goals together and revisit them as treatment progresses. 4. Professional Boundaries • Please engage in sessions the same way you would if we were meeting in person. That includes being fully present, not lying down to sleep, not using substances, and not engaging in activities that would interfere with therapy.
What stands out about my therapeutic approach is the strong, collaborative relationships I build with the people I work with. My clinical experience has allowed me to support a wide range of individuals—including women, couples, and veterans—and together we identify their strengths and use them as the foundation for meaningful change. I focus on creating a space where clients feel understood, empowered, and capable of reaching their personal goals.
I am well‑suited to support clients who are navigating stress and anxiety, relationship challenges, grief and loss, and concerns related to motivation, self‑esteem, and confidence. I work especially well with individuals who are looking for a collaborative, supportive space to better understand themselves and build practical skills for managing life’s stressors. My approach is grounded in a strength‑based model of therapy, which means we focus on identifying the resilience, coping strategies, and personal resources you already possess. Together, we use those strengths—as well as new tools developed in therapy—to help you move through current challenges and toward the goals that matter most to you.

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
My therapeutic approach combines Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) with principles of positive psychology to create a structured, strengths‑based path toward change. Through CBT, I help clients understand how their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors are connected, and we focus on the specific problems they’re facing right now. Together, we identify practical skills and strategies that can be used both in and outside of session to address these challenges. At the same time, I incorporate a positive psychology lens by helping clients recognize and build on their existing strengths, values, and resilience. This means we don’t just work on reducing symptoms—we also focus on enhancing well‑being, confidence, and personal growth. Throughout treatment, we set clear, measurable goals and collaborate closely to ensure that therapy feels meaningful, empowering, and tailored to your unique needs.
